Price Match Program

At Water Lilies Boutique, we base our prices on MSRP, but sometimes our advertised price isn’t the best deal on the web. We realize that, and it is impossible for us to keep track of all best price on the web for all our products. That’s why we want to start our Price Match Program. While not every product will be able to be price matched, we will do our best to get you the best price- right here at Water Lilies.

The match price that someone else is offering for the Price Match Program must meet these conditions:

• The price must be available publicly. Meaning, anyone can purchase the item at that price online.
• The price must be from an authorized retailer. Sorry, no eBay or BST or any other private prices. Amazon prices will be handled on a case by case basis, and the price must either be offered by a known authorized retailer, ship from/sold by Amazon, or be offered by the brand via Amazon.
• The price must be available to the US and we will only ship to US/APO/FPO addresses.
• The product must be new, unopened, available to purchase and in stock at that price. 
• The price can be a sale price, or can be a price that needs a discount code.
• In case of a price that needs a discount code, the discount code must be generally available on the online shop, public Facebook page, Instagram, or Twitter and state how long the code is valid.
• If the use of the discount code has any special requirements, those same requirements need to be met also for our price match price, unless it's not possible due to stock. These requirements must be agreed with the Water Lilies Team before any purchase.
• The price match price can be given either by a single use discount coupon, or a temporary sale available to all customers.
• We do reserve the right to deny any price match requests.

So, I found a great price, and would like price match at Water Lilies- how do I do that?

Super simple! Just fill out the form below. Be sure to fill out the form as completely as possible. We need to verify the price and it helps to have as much information as possible.

When we have approved your request, you will get either a special discount code for the item, or we will inform you about our new price. So, please be sure to include your best email address. We will try to answer all requests within 24 hours, however, weekends and holidays may take longer.
