- All domestic orders of at least $20.00 within the United States receive free shipping via USPS. We are able to ship some items internationally. Please send us a message if you are out of the US and interested in an item and we can create a custom listing.
- Orders ship same day if Priority Upgrade is selected and made before 4 PM CST Monday to Saturday (excluding the 1st weekend of the month). Orders received after 4 PM CST or without the Priority Upgrade will ship the next business day. We may have delays during peak shipping times or other posting shipping slowdowns.
- Orders using "Combo Ship" must have both orders placed within 2 hours of each other or must indicate in the notes when to hold orders until or they will fail to qualify.
- Our shopping platform should prevent any oversells. If that should happen, any oversold items will be refunded immediately.
- We are not responsible for any damages caused by box cutters or other means the opener may use on the package. If you use a forwarder and they damage your parcel, you will need to contact your forwarder for help.
- Need to return an item(s)? Please contact us. We will accept most unused, unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of purchase. Please know that we may deduct 15% from your refund for a re-stocking fee, plus any applicable shipping costs if you received free shipping or requested a pre-paid return label. All Ju Ju Be is final-sale only, however, if your item has a manufacturer's defect please contact us and we will work with JJB to get your item taken care of.
- All orders are shipped with tracking and tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. The buyer is responsible for tracking their order and alerting Water Lilies Boutique of any delivery problems within 2 actual days, not business days, of the delivery issue.
- Water Lilies Boutique will never sell your information to anyone. We don’t even know how and never want to know. We really don't like when companies do that either...your information is safe with us!
- We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay Water Lilies Boutique Gift Cards and all major credit cards. We also accept cash payments in store.
- Need to cancel your order? Please contact us within 15 minutes of your order to guarantee cancellation. We may not be able to cancel an order once a shipping label has been created.
- Water Lilies Boutique is based at 605 State St., Newburgh, IN 47630 and has nexus in Indiana. We have also met the threshold for needing to collect tax (based on the South Dakota vs. Wayfair ruling) in the following states: Kentucky. Sorry, it’s a bummer, but it’s the law and we don't get to keep it.

All US/APO orders $20 and over will have free shipping. Our goal is to have all shipments out the door within 24-48 hours. Please note, if you are an international customer, some manufacturers do not allow us to ship overseas. Please check with the store about the products you are interested in prior to placing your order.
All items on an order will ship together. If you are ordering an item with a lead time or a "pre-order" be aware that all items within that order will ship at the same time unless a separate shipping fee is assessed. Our shopping platform should prevent any oversells. In the unfortunate case of an oversell, we will contact you with options, including a refund of the oversold item. Items listed as "pre-order" will not ship until after we receive the stock. Then "pre-order" items are subject to standard terms of shipping and will ship 24-48hrs after received. If you have any questions on when your pre-order will ship, please let us know via our Contact Us form and we will be happy to answer any questions.
If we are shipping to a forwarder, we are not responsible for any damages caused by box cutters or other means they may use on the package. Please have them inspect the package upon arrival. If there are issues found prior to opening, please contact us with pictures of the damage to the box/packaging. If determined to be an issue with our shipper, we will begin the process of filing a claim. If we do not receive pictures or contact prior to opening the packaging, we are unable to help. Once your forwarder has opened the package, we transfer liability to them for any damaged articles. In addition, we are unable to accept liability for any packages that are marked "delivered" to your forwarding company but are not able to be located at the forwarding company.
If you select Checkout with PayPal or Checkout with PayPal Credit during checkout, we ship to the address listed in your PayPal account unless we are otherwise notified. Please be sure to include in the order notes if there is a change of address from what is in your PayPal account.
All packages are tracked. If you have an issue with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to locate your package. Orders over $250 are shipped requiring a signature for safety.
Returns and Exchanges
**PLEASE CONTACT Water Lilies Boutique at email@example.com PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEMS.**
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Water Lilies Boutique will accept any unwashed, unworn and unused items within 14 days of your purchase. Please be aware we cannot accept a return of any personal hygiene products. If a refund is preferred, returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee based on returned condition. If a restocking fee is assessed, it will be deducted from the amount of your refund. We do retain the ability to refuse any refund based on returned condition and do not accept returns without authorization. Should a refund be refused, we will mail the item back to you at our expense.
All Ju Ju Be is final-sale only, however, if your item has a manufacturer's defect please contact us and we will work with JJB to get your item taken care of. We are also unable to offer price adjustments after the sale per our agreement with Ju Ju Be.
Please note, in the event of a manufacturer’s defect, some companies may request you send the item directly to them. If so, we will do our best to make sure you are taken care of by the manufacturer.
If you received free shipping or other gifts with purchase with your order, shipping and/or gift costs will be deducted from the amount of your refund for returned non-defect items. This does not apply to receive store credit/exchanges.
In the event of a return, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees on non-defective items. If an item is defective, many manufacturers request that you contact them directly. In that event, we will work with you through the process. Items must be postmarked within the 14 day return window. Once received and processed, we will issue your refund- typically within 24-36 hours of receipt of the returned item(s).
Water Lilies Boutique will not accept returns on any "Final Sale" items. Also, we are not responsible for any items damaged by the means of box opening. We recommend that you do not open packages with sharp objects (i.e. knives, box cutters, scissors).

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.
We accept all debit and credit cards as a form of payment, via Shopify payments. We also accept payments through PayPal. There is no surcharge to you for using your debit or credit card to make purchases. If paying via PayPal e-check, your order will not ship until PayPal notifies us the payment has cleared. If you are shopping in-store, we do accept cash payments. When shopping online, if your order is marked for risk of fraud, your order will be cancelled. Repeated orders flagged with fraud risk will result in being unable to purchase from our store.
In the event that you need to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, reply CANCEL to your confirmation email within 15 minutes of your order. Due to the fast turnaround of our shipping to you, we cannot guarantee cancellations after this time frame. Once a shipping label has been created, we may be unable to accept a cancellation for your order.
Water Lilies Boutique has a brick and mortar store in Newburgh, IN establishing nexus in the state of Indiana. Additionally, as an online retailer, we are subject to the South Dakota vs. Wayfair ruling which requires online retailers who meet certain thresholds to collect and remit sales tax for that state. Currently, we collect sales tax for the following states: Indiana and Kentucky. As WLB continues to grow, we may need to add additional sales tax states at any time. At this time only orders made by residents within the states of Indiana and Kentucky will be charged applicable state sales tax automatically as part of your checkout. It’s a bummer, but we don’t keep it either!
